Orders received before 3.30pm on a working day will usually be despatched the same day, providing the product is in stock. You will receive an email via PayPal confirming receipt of your order, provided you have supplied us with a valid email address. If the order has been placed over the telephone then that confirmation will be verbal at the time that we take your order.If the goods are not in stock we will let you know via email or telephone that there has been a delay in sending your order. We will endeavour to get these items to you within 2 weeks of receiving your order. If the delay in delivery is unacceptable to you we will cancel your order for that particulat item at your request and, if payment has already been processed, we will refund any payment taken once you have advised us that the item(s) are no longer required.

Please ensure that you enter a full and correct delivery address and contact telephone number for your order. If the delivery address given to us is incorrect, then we (JustPigs) will not be held resposible for your order being lost or not delivered to you and, any subsequent costs incurred to re-send your item or for your item being returned to us shall be at the buyers expense.

If your order is returned to us (JustPigs) by Royal Mail, or whichever courier service that we use, because they were unable to deliver it, or it is not collected from your local delivery office, then it will incur further costs to re-send your order.

If the order is subsequently cancelled and the goods are in perfect condition then a refund will be made for the cost of the goods only, less 15% restocking fee. If the goods are in less than perfect condition a refund may still be made, however the value of the refund will be at our discretion.

If your order is returned to us, we will make three attempts to contact you by email or/and telephone and your goods will be kept for two months after which, if you have failed to contact us or not made arrangements to pay the additional postage then your order will be given to a charity of our choice.

Returns Policy:
In accordance with The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000, UK consumers have the right to cancel their order within 7 working days of taking delivery. The customer has the right to inspect the goods and must make sure that they remain undamaged and unused. Cancellation must be in the form of an email sent to service@justducks.co.uk when information about the return will be given. All goods must be returned with all packaging intact and at your expense.
We can only offer a refund on products returned to us if they are returned in re-saleable condition and have not been removed from their original packaging.

If the goods are in perfect condition then a refund will be made for the cost of the goods only. If the goods are in less than perfect condition then a refund may still be made, however the value of the refund will be at our discretion, and will also attract a 15% restocking fee.

Please return products to us with the original packing slip. This will allow us to process your returned item and refund as efficiently as possible. Items are returned at the customer's cost, we will refund to you the cost of the unwanted product less any delivery or postage costs.

Privacy Statement
We (JustPigs) are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information that we collect about you (The Customer) lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998). We collect information about you for 2 reasons: firstly, to process your order and second, to provide you with the best possible service. We will never pass your details on to a third party and will only contact you in matters relating to your order, or with information on special offers and new products as requested by you. The type of information we will collect about you includes:-

address
phone number
email address
and the products you have purchased

We do not store financial information about you. The information we do hold will be accurate and up to date. You can check the information that we hold about you by emailing us at service@justducks.co.uk. If you find any inaccuracies we will delete or correct it promptly. The personal information which we hold will be held securely.
