The Small Print !! (Terms and Conditions)
By using or accessing our website and /or placing any order(s), you agree to be legally bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not wish to be bound by these terms and conditions then you may not use or access our website or place orders.
These terms relate to sales over the Internet and over the phone with Justducks® Ltd (us).
The contract made by you on-line with us incorporates these terms and conditions, which shall prevail over any and all terms and conditions, proposed by you.
You should not proceed with your purchase until you have read and agreed to these terms and conditions.
You may place an order over the telephone by phoning the number displayed at the top left of every page. You will be charged the appropriate cost of the items at the time of ordering.
The total price is inclusive of any applicable value added tax.
If you wish to pay by cheque or electronic transfer, then please phone us and we will raise an invoice for you with the payment details shown.
When items are shown as Pre-Order, then we will send the whole order together once the items come into stock unless specifically requested otherwise. If we have to send the order at different times, then you may be asked to pay extra postage.
Orders are accepted at our sole discretion. Justducks® Ltd are entitled to withdraw from any contract in the case of obvious errors or inaccuracies regarding the goods appearing on their website or if items are subsequently unavailable or for any other reason specified by them. In this event, Justducks® Ltd shall refund any payment which we have received. The customer will have no further right to compensation.
Secure Online Ordering
Click on the "Add to Cart" button associated with the item that you wish to purchase. The item will be added to your Paypal shopping basket (you do not require a Paypal account). The price that you will pay will be the price associated with that button even if the item appears at a different price elsewhere on the website. You will be able to change the quantity of each item that you are purchasing within Paypal.
If you wish to purchase further items then return to Justducks website and select each item that you wish to purchase.
When you have completed your purchases then proceed to checkout within Paypal, entering your correct address and contact phone number. The postage and packing charges will be added according to our current prices as shown on our Postage Page. You will have the option to send us a message at this time if you wish to add any special instructions.
If ordering from outside the UK then a further charge shown as "Tax" will be added to your order. This is the International part of the Postage as described in detail on our Postage Page.
International Customers - "International Signed For" must be selected at the bottom of the postage page. If "International Signed For" is not selected, then your order will not be insured in the event of loss and you may be asked to pay the extra supplement before your order is dispatched. Orders are generally sent by 1st class Royal Mail Airmail. Courier Services e.g. DPD / UPS are also used for larger orders. Please ensure that you select "International Signed For" to cover the costs, thank you.
Prices: - We will not be bound to honour any prices, where we have indicated to you subsequently that the prices displayed have been displayed in error. In these cases a refund will be offered.

We only use 1st Class Royal Mail or Courier services.
Orders received before 13.30 on a working day will usually be dispatched the same day, providing the product is in stock. You will receive an email via PayPal confirming receipt of your order, provided you have supplied us with a valid email address. If the order has been placed over the telephone then that confirmation will be verbal at the time that we take your order.If the goods are not in stock we will let you know via email or telephone that there has been a delay in sending your order. We will endeavor to get these items to you within 2 weeks of receiving your order. If the delay in delivery is unacceptable to you we will cancel your order for that particular item at your request and, if payment has already been processed, we will refund any payment taken once you have advised us that the item(s) are no longer required.
Please ensure that you enter a full and correct delivery address and contact telephone number for your order. If the delivery address given to us is incorrect, then we (JustDucks® Ltd) will not be held responsible for your order being lost or not delivered to you and, any subsequent costs incurred to re-send your item or for your item being returned to us shall be at the buyers expense.
If you order is dispatched by Courier it will generally be delivered on the next business day (Monday to Friday) except for Highlands and islands which is normally a 2 business day delivery or International orders which will be from 3 days upwards.
If dispatched by Royal Mail in the UK your order will generally be delivered in 1 or 2 days, but may take longer as Royal Mail do not guarantee a delivery date.
If your parcel has not arrived, then firstly please check that we were given the correct address.
Secondly please GO TO your local Royal Mail delivery office and ask them if they are holding your parcel awaiting collection as sometimes, when they are unable to deliver a card seems to go missing.
Please allow 10 days before reporting that your order has not arrived. Royal Mail do not class something as "lost in the post" until 3 weeks has elapsed.
Then please email us at Justducks Ltd and we will then discuss a replacement order or a refund if sufficient time has elapsed.
We will always work with you to resolve any problems.
If your order is returned to us (Justducks®) by Royal Mail, or whichever courier service that we use, because they were unable to deliver it, or it is not collected from your local delivery office, then it will incur further costs to re-send your order. If further costs are incurred for your order to be returned to us, then these costs will be passed on to you, the customer.
If the order is subsequently cancelled and the goods are in perfect condition then a refund will be made for the cost of the goods only, less 15% restocking fee. If the goods are in less than perfect condition a refund may still be made, however the value of the refund will be at our discretion.
If your order is returned to us, we will make three attempts to contact you by email or/and telephone and your goods will be kept for two months after which, if you have failed to contact us or not made arrangements to pay the additional postage then your order will be given to a charity of our choice.
Whilst we endeavor to ensure accuracy, Justducks® cannot be held responsible for typographical errors on this website, including but not limited to those regarding product price. Price and availability information are subject to change without notice. All dimensions shown on the website are overall unless otherwise stated.
All of the ducks that we sell on our website are tested to EN71 toy stadards and are CE tested for children of 36 months upwards unless otherwise stated.
As always, parental guidance is advised when used or played with by small children.
In accordance with The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000, UK consumers have the right to cancel their order within 7 days of taking delivery. The customer has the right to inspect the goods and must make sure that they remain undamaged and unused. Cancellation must be in the form of an email sent to email@example.com when information about the return will be given. All goods must be returned with all packaging intact and at your expense.
We can only offer a refund on products returned to us if they are returned in re-saleable, new and unused condition and have not been removed from their original packaging.
If the goods are in perfect condition then a refund will be made for the cost of the goods only. If the goods are in less than perfect condition then a refund may still be made, however the value of the refund will be at our discretion, and will also attract a 15% restocking fee.
Please return products to us with the original packing slip. This will allow us to process your returned item and refund as efficiently as possible. Items are returned at the customer's cost, we will refund to you the cost of the unwanted product less any delivery or postage costs.
We (Justducks® Ltd) are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information that we collect about you (The Customer) lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998). We collect information about you for 2 reasons: firstly, to process your order and second, to provide you with the best possible service. We will never pass your details on to a third party and will only contact you in matters relating to your order, or with information on special offers and new products as requested by you. We do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any 3rd parties.
We do not store financial information about you. The information we do hold will be accurate and up to date. You can check the information that we hold about you by emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org. If you find any inaccuracies we will delete or correct it promptly. The personal information which we hold will be held securely.
